Which IFBB Nordic Academy course should I choose?
The best course depends on your current background and your goal. If you are new to coaching or want to understand the IFBB education pathway, start with the Course Advisor. It gives you a recommended course path in under 60 seconds.
I am new to coaching. Where should I start?
If you are new to coaching, we recommend starting with IFBB Coaching Fundamentals Course or IFBB Personal Trainer Course. These courses help you build a strong foundation before moving into more advanced topics such as nutrition, resistance training, posing or competition coaching.
I already work as a personal trainer. Which course is best for me?
If you already work as a personal trainer, you can choose a specialization based on your professional goal. For nutrition-focused coaching, choose Advanced Nutrition Course. For strength and hypertrophy programming, choose Advanced Resistance Training Course. For stage presentation and physique sport preparation, choose Posing Coach Course or International Competition Coach.
What is the difference between Personal Trainer, Advanced Nutrition and Competition Coach?

Is there a free course or free training available?

Are the courses live or recorded?
This depends on the course. Some courses include live sessions, while others may include recorded lessons and self-paced learning. For example, the International Competition Coach course is presented as a live Zoom-based course with 20 hours of live teaching.
Can I study at my own pace?
Some courses may be self-paced, while others may follow a live schedule. Please check the course page before enrolling, because access, schedule, deadlines and live session requirements may vary by course.
How long do I have access to the course?
Course access depends on the specific course or product you purchase. The access period should be listed on the course page or in your student account after enrollment.

Do I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Yes, eligible students receive a certificate after successfully completing the course requirements. Requirements may include watching lessons, attending live sessions, completing assignments, passing assessments or meeting other course-specific criteria.
Is this an official IFBB certificate?
IFBB Nordic Academy provides education connected to the IFBB education pathway. The exact certificate type depends on the course. Each course page should clearly state what certificate you receive after completion.
Can I use the certificate professionally?
Yes, the courses are designed for coaches, personal trainers, athletes and fitness professionals who want to improve their knowledge and credibility. However, local professional requirements may vary by country, employer, insurance provider or federation, so students should always check local requirements when needed.
Do I need previous experience to join?
It depends on the course. Some courses are suitable for beginners, while advanced courses are designed for coaches, personal trainers or competitors with previous knowledge. Use the Course Advisor if you are unsure which course is right for you.

Yes. All prices include 25.5% VAT, so the price you see is clear and transparent before checkout.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. All courses can be paid with a 0% extra fee payment plan. You can choose a 6-month or 12-month installment option, making it easier to start your education now and spread the cost over time.
What is the cancellation policy?

Can I join if I miss the live weekend?
Yes. Do not worry if you cannot attend the live weekend in real time. Every live session will be recorded, and you can watch the recordings inside the IFBB Nordic Academy learning platform.

Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Most courses include a physical certificate, and all courses include a digital certificate when the course requirements are completed.

Are the materials available in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Estonian?
Yes. Written course materials are available in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Estonian and Russian. Pre-recorded lessons are in English.
Live sessions can also be watched with live translated captions in many languages, helping you follow the teaching more comfortably even when English is not your first language.

How do I enroll in a course?
Choose the course you want, click the enrollment button, complete checkout and follow the instructions sent to your email. After purchase, you will receive information about how to access your course or attend the live sessions.
What happens after I buy a course?
After payment, you should receive a confirmation email with instructions. If the course is hosted in Kajabi, you will access your course through the student portal.
Where do I log in after purchasing?
You can log in through the Student Portal.
Can my company pay for the course?
Yes. Company-paid education is possible. For invoice requests and company billing details, contact IFBB Nordic Academy before purchasing so the billing information can be prepared correctly.

Student access and support
What to do if your login, access or confirmation email does not work as expected.
I bought a course but cannot access it. What should I do?
First, check that you are using the same email address you used during checkout. Then try resetting your password through the Student Login page. If you still cannot access the course, contact support.
I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam, promotions or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the email, contact IFBB Nordic Academy and include your name, purchase email and the course you enrolled in.

What do I need to study online?
You need a stable internet connection, an email address and a computer, tablet or smartphone. For live online courses, we recommend using a computer and a stable connection.
Do I need Zoom?
Some live courses may use Zoom or another live teaching platform. If Zoom is required, this will be stated on the course page or in the course instructions.
Can I study on mobile?
Yes, Kajabi-based courses usually work on mobile and desktop, but for the best learning experience we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer, especially for longer lessons, assignments and live sessions.
