The IFBB Nordic Academy welcomes you to www.ifbbacademynordic.com and education.ifbbacademynordic.fi (the "Site"), operated by VI Coaching Ltd, which includes all web pages within the Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether you register as a Member of the Site or not. If you do not agree to all the Terms, do not use the Site.

Registration You must register as a Member to obtain access to the course programs and education. The IFBB Nordic Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject applicants. The Site respects your privacy, and a complete statement of the Site's current privacy policy can be found on our privacy policy page. The Site's privacy policy is expressly incorporated into these Terms by this reference. Intellectual Property Rights All material published on the Site and Services is the property of IFBB Nordic Academy (VI Coaching Ltd), protected by trademark, copyright, and/or other intellectual property rights. The material may be browsed and reproduced by printing or downloading for non-commercial and personal purposes. Copies or parts thereof may not be sold or distributed for commercial purposes, nor modified or incorporated into other material. Press releases may be published in the media, provided the source is acknowledged. Privacy and Data Protection IFBB Nordic Academy respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Payments Accepted payment systems include PayPal and credit cards. All payments are nonrefundable, except in instances where we are unable or unwilling to provide the requested services. If you pay for the product in installments, you commit to paying for the whole product. Right to Cancel and Return the Education/Product The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Consumer Protection Act. Online products such as online training courses or video recordings are not eligible for a refund. For more information on cancellation and return, please refer to our Cancellation and Return Policy. Limitations on Use The IFBB Nordic Academy grants a limited personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right and license to access the Site. Any rearrangement, modification, reproduction, or unauthorized access to the Proprietary Materials is strictly prohibited. Conduct and Usage Guidelines Members must comply with specific rules of conduct, including but not limited to restrictions on unlawful content, impersonation, unauthorized advertising, and harassment. Failure to comply may result in termination of Member status. Disclaimers of Warranties The Site is provided on an "AS-IS," "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Cancellation of Online Education Course Registration
Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your registration for an online education course. Specific details related to the cancellation process are as follows: 14-Day Right of Exchange and Return: Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have a 14-day right to exchange or return a education course registration if the course has not started. Notification Requirement: If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, contact details, and reason for cancellation. Refund Process: If applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during registration. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to appear in your account. Return Condition: The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in good condition. Payment Commitment and Non-Payment Consequences
If you pay for the product in installments, you commit to paying for the entire training course.
What happens if I decide not to pay without a valid reason?
In this situation, our financial partner Intrum Ltd will collect financial claims for unpaid invoices following non-payment. After non-payment of the invoices, we will transfer your personal data to Intrum's debt collection department, which will process the case and negotiate with you. You will also have the opportunity to justify and explain why you are not obliged to pay the invoices. Therefore, please keep all communication and information related to your enrolment in the training.
In the absence of a corresponding agreement, you will be sued for damages, and the district court will deal with the matter further. We recommend that you contact a lawyer in this situation and do not handle the matter yourself.
