Terms and Conditions for "Recovery Protocols for Physique Athletes" Webinar

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS") CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE "RECOVERY PROTOCOLS FOR PHYSIQUE ATHLETES: UNLOCK FASTER GAINS THROUGH STRATEGIC REST" WEBINAR (THE "WEBINAR"). THESE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS.

By registering for and/or participating in the Webinar, operated by VI Coaching Ltd (referred to as "IFBB Nordic Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not register for or participate in the Webinar.

1. Webinar Details:

• Date: June 19, 2025 (19.6.2025)
• Time: 20:00-21:30 Helsinki (EEST, UTC+3)
• Platform: Zoom (a link will be provided upon registration)
• Price: €20 (Twenty Euros)
• Inner Circle Member Access: Free for current, active members of the IFBB Nordic Academy Inner Circle. Membership status will be verified.

2. Registration and Payment:

• Registration: To register, you must complete the registration form on our website ([Insert your website address here] - Replace this with the actual URL) and provide accurate and complete information.
• Payment: The webinar fee is €20, payable at the time of registration via [List accepted payment methods, e.g., PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)]. All payments are processed securely.
• Inner Circle Members: If you are an IFBB Nordic Academy Inner Circle member, you must still register for the webinar but will not be charged the €20 fee. Your membership status must be active at the time of registration and on the date of the webinar to qualify for free access. If your membership lapses before the webinar, you will be required to pay the €20 fee to attend.
• Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment (if applicable), you will receive a confirmation email.
• Data Protection: Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Participant Cancellation: Due to the nature of online digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for participant cancellations. This includes, but is not limited to, technical difficulties on the participant's end (internet connectivity, device issues, etc.), scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.
• Webinar Cancellation by IFBB Nordic Academy: In the unlikely event that IFBB Nordic Academy cancels the webinar, registered participants will receive a full refund of the €20 fee (if paid). We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any cancellation as soon as possible via the email address provided during registration. IFBB Nordic Academy is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants in the event of a webinar cancellation.
• No Show: There will be no refund if a participant does not show up for the webinar.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the webinar, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the conclusion of the live webinar. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order details. Refund requests received after the 48-hour window will not be honored.

4. Intellectual Property:

• Ownership: All materials presented during the webinar, including but not limited to slides, audio, video, handouts, chat logs, and any other content (collectively, the "Webinar Materials"), are the exclusive property of VI Coaching Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Limited License: By participating in the webinar, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Webinar Materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• Restrictions: You may not record, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Webinar Materials, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of VI Coaching Ltd. Sharing the Zoom link with unregistered individuals is strictly prohibited.

5. Conduct and Participation:

• Respectful Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during the webinar. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the webinar without a refund.
• Q&A: We encourage active participation and questions. However, we reserve the right to manage the Q&A session to ensure it remains productive and relevant to the webinar topic.
• Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access and participate in the webinar. We recommend using a stable internet connection and a compatible device with a working microphone and speakers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

• "AS-IS" Basis: The Webinar and Webinar Materials are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. IFBB Nordic Academy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Webinar or Webinar Materials.
• No Medical/Fitness Advice: The information presented in the Webinar is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or fitness advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or certified fitness professional before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen.
• Results Not Guaranteed: IFBB Nordic Academy makes no guarantees regarding the specific results you may achieve by implementing the information presented in the Webinar. Individual results will vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to individual effort, genetics, and adherence to the principles discussed.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IFBB Nordic Academy's total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Webinar or these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid to register for the Webinar (€20 or €0 for Inner Circle members).
• Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall IFBB Nordic Academy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the Webinar or these Terms.
• Force Majeure: IFBB Nordic Academy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or internet service provider failures.

8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IFBB Nordic Academy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your participation in the Webinar.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Webinar shall be exclusively resolved in the appropriate civil court in Finland.

10. Modifications to Terms: IFBB Nordic Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Your continued participation in the Webinar after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
