This policy explains cancellation rights for online education courses, return conditions for physical products, refund processing, exceptions, and how to contact us.

1. Cancellation of Online Education Courses

Right to Cancel

Where a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to digital content or services under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the period starts when the contract is concluded. Any exceptions or loss of that right are governed by applicable law.

Digital Content and Statutory Rights

Purchasing a course or accessing course materials does not, by itself, establish that you have waived your statutory right of withdrawal. Any loss of that right for digital content depends on the conditions required by applicable law, including any required express prior consent, acknowledgment and confirmation.

Notification Requirement

To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, contact us at info@ifbbacademynordic.com within the applicable withdrawal period, with your name and contact details. You are not required to provide a reason for the cancellation.

Refund Process

We will process refunds to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Important: opening course materials does not, by itself, establish that your statutory right of withdrawal has ended. The Weekend Test guarantees below are additional commercial guarantees and do not replace or limit your statutory rights.

1.1. The Weekend Test — IFBB Personal Trainer Course Only

Attend the IFBB Personal Trainer live online weekend. If you decide afterwards that the course is not right for you, email your refund request to info@ifbbacademynordic.com within 7 days after the live weekend ends.

If you use this guarantee, your total course charge will be €299. We refund any amounts you have already paid above €299 and cancel any remaining scheduled installments for the course. Using this guarantee ends your access to the course platform, course handbook, and lecture recordings. The guarantee applies whether you pay in full or in installments.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

1.2. The Weekend Test — four standalone specialist courses

Attend the live online weekend for the course you purchased. If you decide afterwards that the course is not right for you, email your refund request to info@ifbbacademynordic.com within 7 calendar days after the live weekend ends. Include the course name and the email address used for your purchase.

We retain 30% of the agreed total price of your course order after any discounts, but never more than you have already paid. For a payment plan, the total price is the sum of all agreed installments, not just the first payment.

We refund the amount you have already paid above this retained amount and cancel all remaining installments for the course. Using the guarantee does not create an additional charge. No additional administration or payment-processing fee is deducted from the refund.

Using the guarantee ends the access granted by this purchase to the course, its handbook, lecture recordings and included bonuses. Access obtained through other, separate purchases remains unchanged.

The guarantee applies to pay-in-full and payment-plan purchases of these full courses when bought separately: IFBB Advanced Nutrition Course, IFBB Advanced Resistance Training Course, IFBB Stage Presentation & Posing Coach Course, and IFBB International Competition Coach Course. It does not cover course bundles, All Access, Alumni upgrades, standalone Update Weekend purchases or the Master Coach Program.

This additional guarantee does not limit your statutory rights or rights already agreed for an earlier purchase.

2. Return of Physical Products

Right of Return: You have a 14-day right to return physical products, starting from the day you receive the goods.
Return Condition: The products must be unused, in good condition, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning physical items.
Instructions and Processing: Contact us at info@ifbbacademynordic.com before returning any products to receive specific return instructions. Upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned products, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

3. Exceptions and Limitations

Certain products and services may be subject to additional terms. Any exceptions to this policy will be explicitly stated in the product or service description before purchase.

4. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Return Policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
