Digital Content Exception
By logging in and accessing the online course materials, digital downloads, or video recordings, you agree that the service has begun. Accessing these materials immediately voids your 14-day right to cancel. Accessed online products are not eligible for a refund.
Notification Requirement
To cancel your registration before accessing the course materials, contact us at info@ifbbacademynordic.com with your name and contact details. You are not required to provide a reason for the cancellation.
Refund Process
We will process refunds to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
2. Return of Physical Products
- Right of Return: You have a 14-day right to return physical products, starting from the day you receive the goods.
- Return Condition: The products must be unused, in good condition, and in their original packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning physical items.
- Instructions and Processing: Contact us at info@ifbbacademynordic.com before returning any products to receive specific return instructions. Upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned products, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
